Training
I'm a qualified and registered psychotherapist, registered with PBANZ.
I am a member of Waka Oranga, National Collective of Māori Psychotherapy Practitioners and APANZ, Association of Psychotherapy Aotearoa New Zealand. I am also registered as a Psychotherapist and Assessor for ACC Sensitive Claims.
I hold a Master of Psychotherapy (1st Class Hons) (AUT) and a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy Studies (AUT).
I offer training and guidance for clinicians and workplaces to improve relationships and connections. My work explores relationships, attachment, trauma and therapeutic care, often from an indigenous perspective.
Tailored services
What I can offer you our your group will be tailored to suit your unique needs and goals. Whether you're looking for a single session or ongoing support, contact me to learn more about how I can support you on your journey.

Understanding barriers
My experience in psychotherapy allows me to identify and explore specific barriers which might be obstructing your progress.

Building relationship
Building connections between people and groups can be difficult. Using concepts from attachment theory and indigenous concepts of relationship, we can explore this further and build stronger relationships.

Moving forward
I can provide the guidance and support you need to improve your relationships and connections both internal to your work and externally. I am experienced at working within Te Ao Māori spaces.
