Psychotherapy is a practice and process which assists people to uncover aspects of their life which may be limiting their ability to progress or grow in the way they would like. Through conversations in therapy, we will help you make sense of how past experiences might be impacting your present life, and how you can move forward in a different way.

Indigenous knowledge broadens our perspectives and provides us more options as to how we engage with ourselves and the world around us. Including this wisdom in our work provides for a more holistic and well rounded approach.

Relationships
Humans are made to connect. Whether that is with the people around us, or different aspects of our world, if you are finding it hard to connect in a relational way, psychotherapy can help us think about how we might shift.

Co-creation
As a therapist, I have specialist knowledge, but I am not the expert in your life. Therapy aims to support your strengths and skills so that you can take the lead in your life - I aim to work alongside you, not ahead of you.
